Contact your ISO to obtain permissions for each Opt-In Program
Permissions need to be given on the ISO's page under the General Info Tab as well as on your Users Permissions Tab
For an Affiliate to be able to enable terminals, an ISO would enable the Partner as shown in step one above, and then ensure that the Partner has permissions for applicable Opt-In reports and functions under your Users permission tree.
They will go to Search Box
They will go to Users Tab to search for your user
They will click Permissions Tab in the Sub Menu
They will expand Permissions Tree
They will check the box next to Terminal Opt-In under General Info
Once you have obtained Opt-In permission, you are able to enable your terminals
Go to Search Box
Enter Affiliate Name
Click General Info Tab in the Sub Menu
Opt-In Programs are located on the right-hand side of the screen
Click drop-down menu
Choose the Opt-In Program to be opted into
NOTICE (1) Opt-In Feature "Remote Key Loading" (RKL) added to drop-down menu November 4, 2019*
*Functionality of RKL is set to be completed in a future sprint.
NOTICE (2) To participate in the Visa DCC Opt-In option, your ISO must register with Visa to accept Visa DCC. This registration is done through their Sponsor Bank.
Enable Partners
Click the drop-down menu button next to the Partner Name
Check the box next to the Partner Name to enable a Partner
Click Save
Green pop up box will read "Partner Opt-In. Your partner opt-in changes were saved successfully."
Opt-In Terminals
Click the Terminals button
NOTE: You must click on the Partner Name to be able to see the blue terminals button.
Bulk Opt-In Terminals
The Advanced Search modal will pop up
Click Select All
Click Add Selected Items
The items selected will then be moved from the Results Tab to the Selected Tab
Go to Selected Tab
Click Save
Green pop up box will read "Terminal Opt-In # terminals were opted-in and # terminals were opted-out successfully."
Bulk Opt-Out Terminals
Click the blue Terminals button next to the Partner
NOTE: You must click on the Partner Name to be able to see the blue terminals button.
Go to the Selected Tab
Click Select All
Click Remove Selected Items
Click Save
The terminals will then be opted out
NOTE: If you bulk opt-in terminals, and then bulk opt-out terminals without having saved in between then you are reverting the action back to how it originally was and thus will receive a blue cash message that reads "There were no terminal opt-in changes to save." However, if you select all terminals, add selected terminals, and save BEFORE going back in to select all terminals, remove selected, and save you will receive a green cash message that reads "0 terminals were opted-in and 1 terminal was opted-out successfully" (EXAMPLE).
