? Get Help Chat Wizard in Web TMS

The link to chat directly with a Switch Commerce Support Agent labeled "? Get Help" can be found in the Header Menu in Web TMS

Click "? Get Help"

Type your question and hit ENTER to prompt a database search to an existing article

EXAMPLE: Question

If you toggle between browser screens or refresh the page, the chat window will disappear.  Click "? Get Help" to retrieve the current chat session.

EXAMPLE: Response

Click on corresponding article

You will then be provided the article

If the article was able to answer the question, click "Yes"

If the article was not helpful, click "No, I need help"

Please tell us why the article was not helpful by clicking "It's related but it didn't answer my question" or "It's not related to my question", so that we can edit our articles to be of more assistance in the future

You will then be provided a way to rephrase your question or "Get in touch"

Option 1 "Live chat"

Option 2 "Leave a message"

EXAMPLE:  Option 1 "Live chat"

"Live chat" is available during normal business hours between M-F, and will not appear as an option if there are no Switch Commerce Support Agents  available

Additional features to "End Chat", "Attach file", and "Options" can be found in the lower left hand corner

Options include "Sound", "Email transcript", and "End Chat"

Please "Rate this chat" to make this a better experience 

EXAMPLE:  Option 2 "Leave a message"

Your Name

• Prefilled with the name (first last) of the logged in user

Email address

• Prefilled with the email of the logged in user

TMS User ID

• Prefilled with the username of the logged in user

TMS Company Name

• Prefilled with the business name of the logged in user’s partner

Subject

• Optional

Attachments

• You are able to provide documentation to aid in a response
